Housekeeping failed to change the bed sheets even once during our 5-day stay.

Delicious food, PERFECT hotel, fantastic location right next to harbor. The new-fashioned and huge room with breakfast. Incredible service from the incredibly nice, immensely pleasant staff members. Location close enough to the main promenade with pubs, shops and restaurants, and Beach on the doorstep.

Fine sea views and excellent hospitality

The staff were helpful, providing great service throughout my visit. The location was ideal, just a quick walk to the beach and local attractions.

Cleanliness of the hotel and Ayia Napa (I live in Paphos!) The design and room layout. The breakfast. The location - cannot be better placed. Complementary wine and fruit - quality very very good. Fruit in perfect condition. The bathroon facilities.

One big complaint. Tea cups and saucers provided. Kettle provided. But no tea/coffee/milk available. There was even a container for these items, but it was empty. Asked reception if we could be provided with tea making facilities, but they were unhealpful. No liturature on the hotel ie phone numbers/breakfast times etc. No liturature on Ayia Napa.

Wow, had we known about this hotel sooner we would have booked our whole Cyprus trip just there amazing service amazing design the patio was bigger than most other hotel rooms the breakfast was rich and tasty and Tatyana the rep at the front desk was unbelievably perfect and gracious a d for the price I expected a lot less than what I got ,great deal!!!

Staff were super friendly, especially at the bar and restaurant. The pool area was chill, and the sea bass I had for dinner? Amazing! Main downside was the breakfast could've been better. Cold plates and basic options, not exactly thrilling, but the beach is just a short walk away!

Very modern hotel, clean, close to the beach, near to everything, the room and furniture was amazing. Price for buffet was fantastic and the food itself was amazing as well as the variety!

It suited our needs for the few days that we were there and the location right next to the beach and amenities was great!
